Our Process

1.

In-Home Consultation

It all starts with a conversation. I’ll come to your home, take a look at the space, listen to what you’d like to accomplish, and talk through different ideas and options. This gives me a chance to understand your project, your priorities, and what will work best for your home.

2.

Design & Detailed Estimate

Next, I’ll put together a 3-D design and a free, detailed estimate for your project. We’ll meet again in your home to go over the design, different options, pricing, and any changes you’d like to make.

My estimates are extremely detailed so there are no surprises. I provide different options when possible and include realistic budgets for various parts of the project. Before moving forward, you’ll know exactly what is included, what you’re getting, and what your project will cost.

3.

Finalize the Project

Once you’re happy with the design, scope of work, and pricing, we’ll finalize everything with a contract. At that point, we’ll also establish the project timeline and agree on the payment schedule so everything is clearly laid out before work begins.

4.

Your Project Gets My Full Attention

When your project starts, your home becomes my priority. I only take on one project at a time, which means I’m not constantly bouncing between different jobs and leaving your project sitting unfinished.

I’ll be there throughout the project, keeping things moving and communicating with you along the way. My goal is to provide a more personal remodeling experience.

5.

One Contractor. One Team. One Point of Contact.

Home Reimagined LLC is licensed and insured, and I serve as the general contractor for your entire project. But unlike many larger remodeling companies, I personally handle and oversee the work from beginning to end.

That means you don’t have five different companies coming in and out of your home, each with their own schedules and timelines. Coordinating multiple contractors can create delays when one trade has to wait for another before they can move forward. By keeping the majority of the work under one roof, I’m able to keep your project moving, maintain consistent quality, and make sure every part of the job works together.

I typically have one or two trained employees working alongside me on the job site. Everyone working in your home is background checked, well trained, and works directly under my supervision and expectations.

Most importantly, you have one person to call throughout the entire project—me. You won’t have to figure out which contractor is responsible for what or chase down multiple companies when you have a question. I take responsibility for the project from start to finish.

Why do our customers choose us?

If you're looking for a dependable home remodeling contractor, you've found the right company. In addition to our 15 years of experience, many of our customers choose us because we:

With a 3D design of your remodel, you can make any necessary changes to your design or the layout of your space before work begins.
